Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description
Maintain customer files in Zoho and QuickBooks on an ongoing basis.
Collect and maintain chassis records in Zoho on an ongoing basis.
Verify documents returned by customers are signed and in order.
Communicate (verbally and in writing) with customers, dealerships, sales, accounting, and operations.
Prepare temp tags as needed for customers.
Prepare and send title & tax paperwork accurately for customers (or lienholders) to register their vehicles.
Prepare tax reports required by the state division of motor vehicles.
Enter sales invoices in QuickBooks and update QuickBooks as needed.
Notarize documents as needed.
Hard Skills
3 years of experience in vehicle titling
Associate degree or certificate
Workplace experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
Soft Skills
Strong, effective communication (both written and oral) skills
Strong organizational skills
