Summary Description:nbkc bank is seeking aSystems Managerto join our Product and Project Management team. As the Systems Manager you will collaborate with the Product Owner and support teams to deliver key roadmap items, improvements, regulatory changes, and resolve challenges. You will oversee the product development process for the Q2 suite, addressing customer pain points, identifying solutions, launching them, and continuously improving performance.This position will work @Flex (a combination of both in the office and at home) based out of our Kansas City, MO office.Interested in learning more? What youll do:
Manage Q2 platform. Oversee and maintain banking applications, manage incidents, implement changes, and coordinate releases. Plan, test, and execute application updates, ensuring timely delivery of new features for Q2 system updates.
Plan and schedule project timelines, track deliverables, and support project teams.
Administrate all Q2 analytics tools and processes, for example Q2 Smart, Audience Builder, etc.
Lead internal and external incident and problem management. Troubleshoot advanced software problems.
Understand technical landscape, including banking applications and integrations.
Coordinate vendor efforts and establish communication channels.
Gather and analyze requirements for business solutions.
Prioritize service requests and develop action plans.
Participate in bank projects as an application expert.
Support product strategy based on customer needs and industry trends.
Provide oversight of enhancement/change requests.
Partner with Learning and Development Team for implementation education. Educate staff on new products and processes related to Q2 online banking systems.
Follow all applicable laws and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What youll bring:
5+ years of banking experience, preferably in deposit products and services.
Basic to advanced project management skills.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience managing banking systems and resolving complex issues.
Ability to mitigate risk through system controls.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office products.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
