Your role will involve delivering solar consultations with preset appointments from our customer list and company-provided leads. Meet performance standards, aiming for a 30% sit to closing ratio

Actively manage your pipeline to ensure a steady flow of leads and appointments

Deliver and maintain availability for appointments, whether in person or virtually

Build strong connections with customers and provide exceptional customer service

Participate in weekly training sessions and meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

Effective communication skills to engage customers

Strong team player mindset to collaborate with colleagues

Valid driver's license and personal transportation to visit customers and office

Prior sales experience, preferably in solar or related industry
