OverviewThe Scheduling Representative will perform routine scheduling of new, follow-up, and joint appointments requested by parents, patients and providers, utilizing scheduling principles and techniques for the ideal patient and provider experience. Provide customer service to those calling or receiving a call from the Children's Mercy Developmental and Behavioral Health scheduling department.At Children’s Mercy, we are committed to ensuring that everyone feels welcomed within our walls. Provides patient scheduling support to Developmental and Behavioral Health clinical services.

Provides administrative and clerical functions for Developmental and Behavioral

Adheres to customer service guidelines and demonstrates excellent customer service delivery in daily interactions.

Qualifications

HS diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years experience PC/Customer service experience/Data Entry/Call Center Experience/Medical Terminology.

The pay range for this job begins at $18.74/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.Remote Work/Work from HomeThis is an intermittent remote position, which means that the person hired will work with his or her manager to determine a schedule that includes both at home and on-site hours at a Children’s Mercy location.
