Demonstrates skill and judgment necessary to provide safe and effective care to patients including those with complex behavior and/or mental health needs.

Provides direct care/observation under the supervision of the nurse promoting family centered care in a healing environment.

Collects clinical data on patients, documents appropriate data, and reports changes in patient status to the healthcare team.

Uses effective communication skills to collaborate with members of the healthcare team to provide a safe environment to achieve optimal outcomes.

Provides continual observation, ongoing documentation, and participates in the development of the plan of care for patients with complex behavioral and/or mental health needs.

Qualifications

HS diploma or equivalent and No Experience necessary / On-the-Job Training

Employees must obtain Mental Health Technician Certification or equivalent within 365 days

BLS Required Upon Hire

Starting PayOur pay ranges are market competitive.
