Our highly tenured team and personal service, paired with our strong underwriting capabilities, market insight and consistent capital backing uniquely position us to serve our clients.The Fixed Income Specialist role provides administrative support to sales associates and customer service to internal and external clients within Asset Management. This role is responsible for buying, selling, and trading securities as well as taking and placing securities orders as directed. From this position you will interact with partners in various areas in operations to ensure accurate set up of new account services, resolve operational problems, and process various money movements/transactions and wire transfers. You will also be responsible for all documentation required to meet compliance standards and bank regulations, and will prepare all account documents, loan documents, reports, and correspondence. Within the Fixed Income Specialist role, you will also manage assigned sales associates' calendar; schedule appointments, organize and plan meetings, maintain appropriate follow up, arrange travel and process all expense reports and mileage reports monthly.Working in the Capital Markets Division can be challenging, rewarding, and very client oriented. You will respond to customer service problems/questions from internal and external sources in a professional and timely manner.
You will complete necessary documentation/research for any account maintenance changes and ensure that the change is completed.
You will take and place orders, provide market and account information, document preparations, mailing, submission and filing. Prepare and deliver customer analysis, reports and communications.

Compensation Range:Minimum: $38,910.00 - Maximum: $90,090.00The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB’s standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
