During the 2020 pandemic, we have been recognized as a regional leader in COVID care and testing.Job DescriptionThe Department of Community and Family Medicine at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine, and University Health Physicians seek a full-time board-certified family physician to join our academic program located in a rapidly growing area of Kansas City. We have several clinics in communities across eastern Jackson County.Specifically we are looking for a family physician to join our faculty practice in the Health Science District, Kansas City, MO . This physician will be the anchor for the practice; leading the team, along with 3 experienced APRNs providing Family Medicine care to a diverse and medically underserved population. This is a dynamic practice with a team-based, whole-person approach to care. If you are looking to practice in an urban setting, have a passion for serving a vulnerable population and would enjoy the support of a strong academic community this practice would be a great fit!We practice and teach all components of Family Medicine and have faculty with diverse work experience.
