[[Armstrong Teasdale is seeking a Client Services Specialist to join its Kansas City office. The Client Services Specialist oversees the collections for the Firm. Interacts with clients, attorneys and staff on a daily basis pertaining to any issues with invoices, audits or billing matters

Manages, tracks and contacts clients regarding their Client Receivables

Monitors the ATBilling and Client Services folders several times daily for incoming requests

Monitors firms compliance with client Outside Counsel Guidelines and Engagement Agreements with regard to billing and payment issues, approved rates/alternative billing arrangements and billing and payment deadlines

Approves client/matter transfers out-of-firm to records departments

Completes ACH vendor set-up

Processes write-offs, client refunds and check requests

Assists with any Trust questions, transfers or issues

Provides ad-hoc reporting to attorneys and clients regarding client account receivables, billing and payment history, budget reporting and accruals to clients
