Actively assist with supervision of indoor/outdoor activities. Creatively motivate and encourage children to be and do their best. Interact with students to address their concerns. Assist with preparing learning materials. Assist with maintaining a fun, interactives, clean, well-organized, inviting environment. Read to and with children daily, assist with teaching songs, nursery rhymes, finger play, drawing, painting, simple crafts and STEM activities. Assist with daily cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting, toys, equipment and high touch areas within the environment. Assist with serving meals and snacks and housekeeping duties that follow. Qualifications/Requirements High School or Equivalent (High School Students must be at least 16 years of age) Recent Health Assessment/Negative TB Test Results Health and Safety Initial Training that includes, child abuse or neglect, basic child development, safe sleep practice, prevention and control of infectious diseases, prevention and response to emergencies, medical administration training, symptoms of illness, building and premises safety, emergency preparedness, handling and storage of hazards material.
