A+ Staffing is seeking event staff to support shuttle operations at a large conference at the Kansas City Convention Center from Saturday, June 28 - Wednesday, July 2.
Event Staff will work closely with transportation managers to facilitate smooth shuttle operations throughout the event.
Staff duties include greeting passengers and assisting them with boarding the correct shuttle, carefully tracking ridership using tally counters and communicating passenger counts and other relevant information via radio.
All staff will be outdoors and on their feet for the entire shift.
THIS IS NOT A DRIVING JOB.
Schedule:
Saturday, June 28 - 7am-5pm
Sunday, June 29 - 7am-7pm
Monday, June 30 - 6am-5pm
Tuesday, July 1 - 6am-5pm
Wednesday, July 2 - 6am-12pm
Must be able to work all shifts.
Attire: Black pants, white polo style shirt or white button-down shirt, closed toed comfortable shoes.
Requirements:
Must be polished and professional in appearance and demeanor.
Must be able and willing to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
Must take direction well and be flexible to help in any area.
Must have valid, government issued IDs to complete the form I-9 for onboarding.
Recent, relevant experience is highly preferred.
Pay: $22.00 per hour (W2 position, paid weekly via direct deposit)
