The Home Service Professional (HSP) is responsible for providing top-notch residential cleaning services to customers. As the face of Molly Maid, the HSP works individually or in teams to clean customers' homes according to company standards and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning Tasks: Perform a variety of cleaning activities, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, sanitizing, and more, depending on customer requirements.

2. Adhere to Quality Standards: Follow Molly Maid’s detailed cleaning protocol and checklist to ensure consistent service quality.

3. Customer Interaction: Address customer requests and feedback professionally and ensure a positive experience by listening and responding appropriately.

4. Efficient and Safe Work: Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively, maintaining a high level of care in customers' homes.

5. Time Management: Complete cleaning jobs efficiently while adhering to the designated schedule.

6. Team Collaboration: When working in pairs or teams, coordinate tasks effectively to complete jobs in a timely and organized manner.

7. Inventory and Supplies Management: Manage cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when restocking is needed.

8. Report Issues: Communicate any customer concerns, incidents, or equipment problems to the supervisor or manager immediately.

Qualifications:

Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks, such as standing, bending, lifting (up to 25-30 pounds), and moving frequently throughout the day.

Attention to Detail: A strong focus on cleanliness and customer satisfaction, with a keen eye for spotting and resolving issues.

Customer Service Skills: Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact with customers effectively.

Time Management: Ability to follow a schedule and complete jobs within a given timeframe.

Reliability and Punctuality: A dependable and timely work ethic is crucial in meeting customer expectations.
