ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of Delivery Compliance and Scheduling is to facilitate the timely planning of deliveries within our supply chain and meet service and timeline objectives. This individual will work with employees and management to meet the needs of our customers and plan and organize the production workflow, along with coordinating customer requirements to ensure on-time delivery.
Provide professionally written correspondence to customers.
Respond to delivery and product-related inquiries as needed.
Track order deliveries and notify customers and employees of shipment delays.
Communicate with customers to confirm order specifics.
Understand organizational logistics for efficient order fulfillment.
Vendor Status and follow-up
Review orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide the necessary reports to management.
Attend meetings and provide information to peers and management as required.
Work with production to maintain communication-related to customer work orders and all parties involved in order completion.
In conjunction with production personnel, review to determine if changes need to be made to orders and coordinate with appropriate management.
Other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
2-4 years of experience in production scheduling and/or on-time delivery compliance is a plus.
Aerospace industry experience is a plus.
