Seeking accountant/tax preparer who desires to go out on their own.

I have a small firm, and seeking someone with an accounting and tax background that maybe has their own clients on the side but not enough to go out on their own quite yet. I'm not asking for you to share any business. I'm looking for the opposite. Hoping to find someone who'd like to take on some of my clients as I start to downsize and eventually retire. I'm in no rush; just thought I'd put this out there and see if there might be a fit. I don't need a resume, but please share a little about your background and what you're seeking.
