Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions 24 Desktop w/ Rightworks hosting is the in-house Program. You will have remote access.
Owner does all the entry work, bank reconciliation, month-end, etc. Outside Payroll Service is used. Approximately 20 employees.
Owner is organized, but not an accountant.
We need to hire outside person to create P&L, Balance Sheet, etc. each month to submit to Bank. In general, "cleanup" inside books. Not looking for a Bookkeeper. Must have 4 year accounting degree. Does not have to be a CPA.
Part-time job. Maybe 2 or 3 hours per week. Start out slow and we can see what duties we transfer to you over time.
This person will work from home remotely. No reason to come to the office. Company located "Metro" Kansas City, MO. We have been in business for many years. Family-owned.
Accountant must be located in KC Metro area. We want to have a personal relationship and introduce you to our business.
