You are communicative, relational, and manage many balls in the air with an insatiable drive to improve healthcare for children in Montana. Your Role on Our Team: As a Program Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead Montana Pediatrics’ efforts in developing, implementing, and evaluating assigned pediatric programs and projects assigned by leadership within and across partner organizations. You are responsible for analyzing integration efforts to determine barriers to true integration, developing solutions to overcoming these challenges, and collaborating with system leadership to make necessary changes to alleviate barriers. You are responsible for overseeing day-to-day aspects of pilots and long-term projects, including planning, growth, staffing, and quality improvement. You will coordinate with senior leadership to develop annual program goals and objectives, and explore opportunities for growth. Your role will often expand beyond specific programmatic efforts into organization-wide initiative support as determined by leadership. Your Focus: The major focus for this position is integrated behavioral health programs. This includes the continuation, refinement, and growth of an existing pilot program as well as expanding efforts to other areas of the state. Other duties and program support roles will be assigned.This position can be worked out of our Kalispell or Missoula locations, and has the option to be remote eligible if you reside in Montana.Travel bi-monthly between Kalispell and Missoula required as well as travel once a quarter to pilot sites in Montana.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field of assigned area(s) required.

Minimum of three (3) years’ relatable experience in assigned area(s) required. Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Possess and maintain computer skills, data-entry and data analysis required. Previous graph data experience preferred. Possess ability to learn other software as needed.

Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.

Commitment to working in a team environment and maintaining confidentiality as needed.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.

Job Specific Duties:

Responsible for activity relating to the assigned program per department procedure and protocol.

Maintains an electronic database related to assigned area(s) and works closely with assigned leadership on reporting and trending data as applicable to assigned area.

Responds to, investigates, and resolves issues related to assigned area(s) in a timely manner. Notifies and seeks guidance from assigned leadership on issues per department protocol.

Assists leadership in presenting information and education as applicable to assigned area(s).

In collaboration with leadership, coordinates with appropriate stakeholders in relation to education seminars and webinars as applicable to assigned area(s).

Promotes system wide standardized efforts and services as applicable to assigned area(s).

Acts as point of contact for various issues and serves as liaison within the organization related to assigned area(s).

Develops, maintains, and utilizes ongoing performance improvement for assigned area(s).
