Established commercial company is in search of quality candidates to join our team as a vegetation control tech.
Work setting includes railroad right-of-way, rail crossings, train yards and utility sites.
We are considering both trainees for entry level and experienced technicians. We will also consider other experience for job openings such as a mower operator. Mower operators will use ZTR mowers and mid sized utility tractors.
Good communication and organizational skills are expected as well as the ability to follow directions, work independently and with others in a safe and responsible manner.
Requirements:
Currently certified is a plus, but not required.
Valid DL with acceptable record is required for driving positions.
Take pride in work
Desire to learn, follow directions and provide guidance to others
Complete paperwork timely and accurately
Ability to work safely is a must, no exceptions
You must be able to operate specialized equipment upon completion of training
Safety sensitive positions require pre-employment drug screening.

The job does involve travel from time to time. Lodging is paid by company and schedule will include time home.
