GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Ziggi's Coffee General Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all day-to-day operations of the
store. Some additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintaining great communication on a consistent basis with staff, the Leadership Team, and
other designated contacts within the company
Conduct interviews, onboard, and train new team members
Provide ongoing support, development, and coaching for all team members
Maintain a safe and secure working environment for employees
Ensure our standards of service are always in place – exceptional customer service, excellent
drink/food quality, accuracy, consistency, and speed of service
Place weekly orders with vendors
Prepare bank deposits
Write and maintain employee schedules. Adhere to all scheduling requirements such as weekly
labor hour allowances, staffing requirements based on hourly sales, proper allocation of labor,
position assignment, etc.
Entering invoices into QuickBooks
Maintain store to meet operational standards to ensure optimal cleanliness, product stock, and
organization. Ensure the store is always within compliance of all health code and food safety
requirements
Responsible for overall Inventory management, including ordering, shortages, and tracking
Managing Cost of Goods Sold including direct and indirect costs, variances, and controls
AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Full-time position
Must work up to 40 hours per week, no less than 36 hours per week
Must have open and flexible availability
Willingness to work holidays
Willingness to work 1weekend day each week
Willingness to work closing shifts, weekly
Must be reachable for store operations 5 days a week, outside of normally scheduled shifts,
Assistant Manager is responsible for the remaining two days of the week. Schedule determined by
the General Manager and Assistant Manager for days you are responsible for.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Compensation (DOE): hourly rate plus cash tips daily (will be discussed during interview)
