Designs learning and talent development programs, processes and methods and measures effectiveness to ensure high level of qualification and employability.
Undertake qualification surveys and assessment programs to identify and analyze L and TD gaps and needs.
Plan and implement measures to support succession planning for critical Jobs and workforce planning.
Plan and organize training and management development programs, and design individual or Job group related short term and long term qualification measures.
Monitor the quality and effectiveness of measures offered, and propose program changes if necessary.
Must have demonstrated in previous work experience the ability to work with minimal supervision and to influence, communicate and drive the training agenda with internal customers.
Your QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
Two years of direct experience in training and development
Preferred:
Must have a minimum of BS degree in Engineering, Training, Human Resources, Education or related field.
Minimum two years direct experience in training and development.
