Pearl Interactive Network is actively seeking accomplished Project Managers (PMs) to Join Our Talent Community in preparation for future onsite or remote operations.As a Project Manager , you will take charge of project oversight and implementation, ensuring the seamless execution of all support activities. This includes planning, organizing, and directing efforts, as well as managing financial and staffing resources to align with government program objectives. Acting as the primary liaison between the contractor and government officials, you will monitor performance metrics, oversee training initiatives, and coordinate subcontractor activities to drive successful outcomes. Manage and implement the overall project strategy, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and government objectives.
Organize, direct, and coordinate all project support activities to maintain operational efficiency.
Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful completion.
Government & Stakeholder Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for government program officials, addressing project status, issues, and concerns.
Provide regular updates and reports to government stakeholders on project performance and key milestones.
Ensure project operations align with government policies, regulations, and customer service objectives.
Financial & Staffing Resource Management:
Coordinate financial resources and budgeting to ensure efficient project execution.
Oversee staffing resources, ensuring the right personnel are in place to meet project requirements.
Manage and monitor the activities of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contract terms and performance expectations.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and analyze performance data, identifying trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Provide regular performance reports to the government, including key insights and recommendations for optimization.
Ensure adherence to quality assurance and customer service standards.
Training & Staff Development:
Develop and coordinate training programs to keep staff current on government programs, policies, and customer service expectations.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among project team members.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a government contracting environment.
Strong understanding of government regulations, project execution, and performance tracking.
Proven experience in budget management, resource allocation, and subcontractor oversight.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with government officials and stakeholders.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project implementation.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and improve project performance metrics.
