Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a clients business needs and requirements.Qualifying Experience Requirements:The Candidate must meet or exceed the following minimum experience requirements.Experience working with the Client. Prior experience working with economic development is preferred

Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience with managing IT projects with budgets greater than $2 million consisting of multiple phases and teams with different requirements and stakeholders

Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience with managing projects using Agile methodologies

Experience project managing a Salesforce architecture to include CRM/incentive management implementation is preferredProject Manager Responsibilities:

Contractor communication and management support

Timeline/schedule adherence

Ensuring contractor adheres to requirements from SoW

Ensuring contractor and Client are dedicating appropriate resources to project

Ensuring adherence to project governance model

Helping with Client program system deployment sequencing

Ensuring Client readiness for system development

Assisting in the development and tracking of business and project KPIsProject Goals and Objectives:

Assist Client with all aspects of project management related to multiple phases of a seven-phase installation of the new Salesforce CRM/incentive management system

Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and transparency within Client

Enhance the citizen experience by allowing for self-service outside of regular business hours

Enable data sharing functionality between and among departments and agencies

Migrate data from over 30 different systems/databases/spreadsheets and approximately 60 different programsBenefits:
