Implementation Manager, North AmericaThe Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing new or existing client projects as well as internal projects, ensuring that goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget parameters. Provides leadership and guidance to other project personnel. This position is an individual project contributor role, responsible for managing small to large projects with the opportunity to expand your skills, knowledge and experience into global project management over time.Lead others; manage delivery of products/services to achieve an agreed end result; project budget accountability; goals and objectives management; develop and maintain executive level relationships with clients and internal team members; drive results and accountability; ensure quality of service and product; consults with clients and provides guidance.Travel is required 10% of the time.EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 4 years of Project Management experience
Minimum of 2 years of RPO or MSP experience highly desirable
Experience with implementing workforce management technologies such as CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) and VMS (Vendor Management System)
Experience implementing Services Procurement and/or IC Vetting services highly desirable
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project and Visio and/or the Google equivalents including Docs, Sheets, Slides and Lucidcharts
Smartsheet experience a plus
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Project management experience with a consultative approach & strong problem solving skills
Strong customer focus and customer service skills
Experience presenting to C-level executives
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Demonstrated experience managing large, complex projects
Experience describing and documenting projects and client requirements
Detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
Ability and experience with designing and documenting process for a contingent and/or direct hire recruiting life cycles
Ability to drive results and accountability
Ability to recognize and mitigate risks
Strong technical aptitude
