Role – Dynamics 365 CRM Solution ArchitectLocation – Jefferson City, Missouri (Onsite)Job Type: ContractExperience: Minimum 5 Years of CRM (Sales/Customer Insights (Marketing)) product experience required Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and optimizes CRM systems to support business goals, ensuring they integrate effectively with other systems and enhance customer experiencestranslate business requirements into technical solutions, manage the overall CRM architecture, and provide guidance to development teams.coordinate all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, and permissionsUnderstanding of Azure Dev Ops, Fabric, Integration from Vendor products, environment setup, security setup Conduct Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration changes, including Workflow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reportsAbility to communicate (verbal and written) with Microsoft Dynamics business users to understand system requirements and organizational processesCommunicate with the users to determine problems or design requirementsDesign, develop and maintain the overall architecture of Microsoft Dynamics CRM based applications for internal usersTroubleshoot problems and provide solutionsConduct ongoing research on latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM technologiesParticipate in understanding the productivity gain utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology and calculate the return on investment.Review and/or prepare system documentation in accordance to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM process Assist in enforcement of project deadlines, schedules, and methodologiesWork closely with Quality Assurance team to review testing results or issues Skills:Previous Microsoft Dynamics CRM experienceKnowledge of Power Apps or ability to learn other programming languages supported by Microsoft Dynamics 365Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with both the business community and the technical communityStrong analytical skills, self-motivation, and attention to detail along with an aptitude to excel in technology transformation projectsAbility to work with external (vendor) customersUnderstanding of general banking operation principles, programming logic/processes, Jira, Agile methodology and querying toolsTeam oriented and possess a continuous improvement mindset.  Regards, ManojDerex Technologies INCContact : 973-834-5005 Ext 206
