We invest in our services to enable our customers to be successful with our products.We are seeking an experienced Program Manager who has a proven track record in excellence and can partner effectively to drive impact. You will be responsible for the execution of content delivery and software enablement, ensuring a seamless coordination of events, visibility of resources, and increased engagement across key stakeholders. You will work with internal/external teams to coordinate delivery schedules, enablement execution, content delivery, and communication channels. It is the expectation that the Program Manager provide essential support for all webinars, scheduling, and communication.The successful candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills as well as cross-team collaboration and project management skills. This candidate will bring a warm solutions-focused approach to customer-service and will thrive in a highly innovative, fast paced, and evolving environment.Career Level - IC3Responsibilities

Produce and distribute internal and external enablement newsletters.

Schedule webinars and live workshops.

Coordinate webinar topics and presenters.

Coordinate with all appropriate teams on promotion of webinars.

Moderate and record all webinars.

Manage webinar data.

Coordinate with SME and Data Driven Teams to archive data into a data warehouse and available in CP360.

Work with OSPA, Alliances & Channels, and Regional Sales to promote workshops.

Manage workshop logistics.

Coordinate with APM on customer training information and webinars.

Coordinate with Partner Community team on partner communication and resources.

Coordinate with Support team on video submissions.

Coordinate with CEAL on FDI Implementation guidance sessions for customers and partners.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
