Lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing product designers.
Develop and implement a comprehensive product design strategy that aligns with Ford's electric vision.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of superior and innovative product designs.
Oversee the entire product design process from ideation to final execution.
Use data and user insights to inform design decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Advocate for the customer in all design decisions, ensuring the delivery of user-friendly and intuitive designs.
What you'll have…
6+ years of experience
High performing prototyping abilities (e.g. Figma, Protopie or similar)
Proven experience in a senior product design role, preferably within the automotive, SAAS business, or tech industries.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
Excellent understanding of the product design process, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex design problems.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across various stakeholders.
A commitment to staying at the forefront of design trends and technology advancements.
