LPN - Pod SW3 Clinic, 0.6 FTE

Provides direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a SPMG Management. Is able to intake patient, verification and recording of pertinent patient health history, while providing excellent patient care. Able to prioritize workload, respond to patient calls and messages in a timely manner. Demonstrates knowledge of the nursing process as a standard in accordance with licensure, incorporating elements of holistic family centered care. APTITUDES: Ability to achieve cognitive, organization and emotional maturity to deal effectively with multiple tasks, stresses, deadlines, difficult situations and/or customers. Possesses interpersonal/communication skills necessary for effective, non-judgmental, and empathetic patient care and customer relations. Open to feedback and open to a changing environment, which requires flexibility in scheduling and department assignments.
