Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure smooth and timely freight process flowCoordinate and negotiate rates with our contracted vendorsEnsure accurate and timely client and vendor billingInteract with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customers service standardsContribute and maintain good relationship with suppliersMeet compliance at all timesNetwork communications, timely responses to emails and requestsWork with team to meet KPI standards in accordance with Company proceduresAssist in retention calls and complete customer reviewsEnsure company credit procedures are followed and utilized effectivelyParticipate to the transition of new business / update to existing business
