Find your future with us.Boeing Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA) Supply Chain Systems organization is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst - SAP Production Planning , to join our demand supply planning and quality management team in Hazelwood, MO; Charleston, SC; El Segundo, CA; Kent, WA; Miami, FL; Plano, TX; or Ridley Park, PA.The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Production Planning (PP), Production Control, and SAP Quality Management (SAP QM) modules.We are looking for a strong, energetic leader who will lead our team to deliver effective business solutions as Boeing's defense business unit transforms their supply chain capabilities. This position will have a material effect on supply chain effectiveness and profitability of our defense space and aircraft programs. This leader will also drive change and grow Boeing IT&DA's expertise in SAP skillsets as we progress through our implementation roadmap.The successful candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration skills as this position will focus on working directly with multiple stakeholders including business, solution architects and developers to implement SAP projects.Position Responsibilities:

Holds responsibility for conducting workshops and contribute towards process solutioning

Collaborates with cross functional teams comprising of business subject matter experts (SMEs), architects, developers, and SIs (vendor consultants) on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current systems for projects and products

Identifies, recommends, and implements complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs; create and update associated documentation

Translates functional specifications into application design documents, co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionality or enhancements, prepare test plans and test scripts,

Performs unit tests and integration tests

Participates in the project delivery during testing cycles and lead the root cause analysis and correction of issues

Contributes to overall project management plan using SAP Activate methodology

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience with SAP Solution Manager

5+ years of experience using SAP Project Systems (WBS) as cost objects and integration with Production and Sales

5+ years of experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) development methods

5+ years of experience with SAP S/4 Hana

5+ years of experience with FIORI

Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Skills/Experience):

SAP PP or S/4 HANA Certified

Typical Education/Experience:Typically, 9 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
