Complete Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work orders independently for the different equipment groups.
Inspect and maintain mechanical systems to prevent future failures or restore to serviceable and acceptable operating conditions.

Use CMMs software correctly by complete pms, enter urgent work orders, attach parts, attach labor, search for parts.

Support Total Productive Maintenance activities by being an active participant, when applicable
Be accessible to people on the plant floor to discuss problems and ideas.
Maintain good relationships with Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Facilities Maintenance.
Work overtime as needed to ensure the required labor resource needs are met.
Reliable attendance and punctuality is an essential job function required for this position.

Training of technicians in the department to qualify individuals for On-the-Job per equipment
Technical degree in a manufacturing technology discipline such as industrial controls and manufacturing processes is preferred or 10 years of work experience in a similar environment.
Good Mechanical Aptitude
Knowledge of automation controls.
Knowledge of manufacturing equipment involving mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic hardware.
Knowledge of quality systems and FDA controls.
Computer Skills: Word, Excel, High level of capability of finding documents in Livelink/Compliance Wire and navigating the CMM system.
Knowledge and participate in Root Cause Analysis activity
Advanced knowledge of trouble-shooting on all piece of equipment in manufacturing.
Capability of identify reoccurring problems on the manufacturing floor and determining the corrective action to prevent.
