Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services (BGS) Supply Chain Planning Organization is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Specialist (L2) located in Hazelwood, MO . The Associate Supply Chain Specialist will be primarily responsible for supporting the F-15EX USAF Services Contract, as well as supply chain demand and forecast planning and execution activities. Additional similar work statement may be included to support business needs.Position Responsibilities:

Customer demand review

Forecasting assessment

Ordering of materials

Reporting on supply activity

Strategy development for support of prime contract requirements

Enhancing processes and procedures

Working across a multi-functional services team

Interface directly with the customer

Work autonomously within the Boeing enterprise

Working knowledge, experience, and understanding of the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process

This position requires a high level of personal accountability and responsibility

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Hazelwood, MO. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

1+ years of experience in finance, supply chain, project management, supplier management, engineering, math, and/or accounting

Experience with Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SI&OP)

1+ years of experience working with forecasting, Supply Chain Software Systems, Supply Chain modeling & Simulation tools, and ERP Systems (also including asset management, forecasting, order management, expediting, enterprise resource planning systems and/or sales & operations (S&OP) processes)

Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, organizational skills

Excellent writing and presentation skills, ability to present complex information in a clear and simple way

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

Possess excellent communication skills allowing for cross functional interaction with the Customer, Program, supply chain, contracts, finance, engineering, and quality.

Experience with asset management systems & tools including supply planning & forecasting tools MS2, SPO, GOLD, TAV, WOW, COPPR, NWP and knowledge of Sales, Inventory, Operations and Planning (SI&OP) is preferred.

Strong knowledge and experience in military supply support environment including demand and inventory management of company-owned material, customer owned material and program/contract material

Typical Education/Experience:Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
