As a Parts Warehouse team member, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our parts department operates smoothly and efficiently every day. Your work will directly contribute to keeping trucks moving and our customers satisfied.Shift Hours:Monday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMTuesday-Friday 5:30 AM - 2:00 PMWhat You’ll Do:Receive and Verify Parts: Handle all inbound parts, including new parts, cores, returns, and more. Ensure accuracy in part numbers, quantities, and condition, and notify management of any discrepancies.Stock and Organize: Accurately stock items in their correct locations to maintain an organized warehouse.Process Orders: Receive requests, pull orders for will-call or customer delivery, and process front and back counter tickets with attention to detail and timeliness.Package and Ship: Securely package products, create accurate documentation, and arrange shipments via UPS, FedEx, or our interbranch service.Handle Large Shipments: Safely secure products for transport using palletizing, shrink wrapping, and banding equipment, and accurately create Bills of Lading (BOL) for LTL shipments.Manage Returns: Process vendor returns for damaged, inaccurate, or excess parts, and handle warranty parts for vendor inspection following our policies.Use Equipment Safely: Operate equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies responsibly, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.Join a team that takes pride in delivering excellence every day.
