Evaluate, process, and review bills or invoices for services rendered
Establish financial controls and procedures
Evaluate billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary
Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency Requirements - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of High-Volume Invoicing
Knowledge of billing
Deep understanding of Billing Functions
Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong expertise in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
