Description:LMI is looking for Production Associates to work in one of three different areas; Chemical Bath, Pre-Paint, and MaskingChemical BathsRack parts that are scheduled for bathHang parts so they don't fall off during baths. Tight screw down, tighten metal pieces together, follow spec in work orderSome are large pieces hanging from racks being taped down, or laid downPre-PaintRack/stage up to 4K-5K pieces in paint booth to prep for paintingFlip all pieces that are being painted on both sidesManually count the parts and ensure the same number goes back to clientMaskingTape over areas that are not to get paintedScuff up part to allow paint to adhereSkills:ProductionAdditional Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredPeople who have good track record with their job history and careerManufacturing, distribution facility, constructionMust be able to readMust have basic computer skills to scan and enter data into systemsExperience Level:Entry LevelAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
