Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher & Laborer to join our team. This role involves traveling to various job sites across Missouri, including occasional overnight stays. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in concrete work, a proactive attitude, and a genuine commitment to producing high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Concrete Work: Dig and pour concrete for footings, walls, slabs, and floors.

Site Preparation: Install gravel grades and rebar.

Concrete Finishing: Operate equipment like come-alongs and screed to finish concrete surfaces.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, working 50-55 hours per week, with occasional travel for overnight stays.

Experience & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a concrete finisher.

Equipment Operation: Proficiency in operating Mini Excavators and Skid Steers.

Travel: Willingness to be away from home 3-4 nights per week (home on weekends).

Licensing: Currently holds or is willing to obtain a Class A CDL License.

Driving Record: Clean driving record.

Work Ethic: Strong desire to deliver high-quality work and take pride in craftsmanship.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proactivity: Ability to anticipate needs and think ahead.
