Marketing/Events Coordinator
Responsibilities
Develop marketing/events strategies to support management’s short- and long-term goals.
Develop a budget for both events and marketing and manage that plan.
Design, build and maintain social media presence and measure results/impacts.
Maintain web site (Square Space) content.
Design graphics to support digital and print marketing efforts such as billboards, ads, posters/flyers, emails for tours, school groups, camping, events, and overall brand awareness.
Track results of all campaigns SEO/SEM, RIO, KPI’s
Evaluate performance of events and event business, to ensure they meet operational goals.
Enhance existing and develop new events that maximize brand awareness, profitability, and excellent service.
Propose new and creative growth strategies through new channels/targets.
Plan, measure, and test marketing campaigns for better conversions (ticket purchase)
Complete all campaigns on time and budget.
Identify critical conversion points, drop off points and optimize user funnels.
Qualifications
Highly creative professional with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate potential and existing customers.
Entrepreneurial spirit
High energy
Adept in managing processes.
Self-challenge
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
Effective communicator
Proficient in analytical reporting
Graphic design and MS Office 360 proficiency
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Proven work experience in social media marketing
Event/Catering management experience preferred.
Demonstrable knowledge of websites and marketing analytical tools (Google Analytics, GA-4, SEMRush, etc.)
