Looking for a restaurant/cafe manager and cook multi-talented person, full time. Very supportive ownership, would love to be as hands-off as possible. Great position for someone with a vision and the follow-through to support it. Open to hiring during COVID, with safety measures in place - would be mostly working alone or with one other person to make take-away, with opportunity to transition to after-COVID employment as well. 5-6 days per week.
Requirements:
Can-Do Attitude
Leadership Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Financial tracking and management experience
Experience managing and tracking shipments/inventory/staff hours
At least 1 year in a management or leadership position
At least 2 years in hospitality
Experience as a cook or line cook in a restaurant kitchen.
Salary $30K or DOE.
Open to considering recent hospitality grads with relevant experience.
