The Accounts Receivable Portals Specialist will work with the Accounts Receivable team as well as the field service team to accurately submit invoices into various company portals. This is a highly administrative role in which you will be expected to upload a significant amount of invoices into various portals and work those invoices to completion with a promise to pay. Recommending process improvements around portal submissions will also be expected of this role. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): Responsible for uploading a significant amount of invoices into customer portals Invoice portal submissions must be timely and accurate Monitoring portal submissions for success (approved to pay) Working all rejected submissions with escalation when appropriate Working with collections team as well as field operations/sales to remedy all rejected invoices Making recommendations for process improvement changesJob Specifications: Detail oriented. Maintains positive and professional interactions with customers and team members. Knowledge of standard portals such as Ariba, Taulia, Tungston Ability to learn quickly and adapt to customer specific portals Ability to work in a fast paced, growing office environment Good research and problem-solving abilities related to customer invoice portal submissions Good communicator, written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite a plusSkills & Qualifications: Highschool diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 3 years accounts receivable experience Proficient with customer invoice portals.
