The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for daily patient care including processing prescriptions, inspecting completed prescriptions prior to shipment, patient counseling and prospective and concurrent Drug Use Review.  Additionally, the Staff Pharmacist monitors patient adherence to the medication regimen and regularly assesses the impact of prescribed therapy.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
