Technology Partners, Inc. seeks a Product Specialist-Senior in Chesterfield, MO.Duties:

- Responsible for success in the roll out of enterprise-level platforms to internal and external Agricultural partners.

- Enable successful deployment, training, testing and documentation to drive user adoption and ensure proper, maximized use of our platforms.

- Collaborate to define and execute a customized partner success plan.

- Share subject matter expertise with IT and business partners, providing user insight and perspective and create opportunities for engagement throughout all parts of the product lifecycle.

- Drive user adoption of the platform and related products by creating communications, training, testing and documentation to empower business partners and users alike.

- Collaborate with the Product Manager and development teams to deliver customer centric solutions.

- Design and maintain product pages, develop test cases, conduct user training remote or in-person including communication around product releases, and capture and publish product success metrics.Requires a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or its equivalent) plus three (3) years of experience.Requires 3 years of experience with Project Management Communication, Risk Management, Cost Management, Scheduling, Quality Management.

Requires 3 years of experience with Product Management Business Competencies, Prioritization, Research and Analysis, Development Principles, Functional Understanding, Visionary.

Requires 3 years of experience with Technical Support Knowledge of the product, System Monitoring, Resolution and Escalation, Customer/Stakeholder Interaction, Technical Knowledge.

Requires 3 years of experience with Product Knowledge background of the product from start to end and roadmap.

Requires 3 years of experience with Customer Service Knowledge of the product, functional knowledge, technical knowledge, ticketing system understanding, problem solving abilities, prioritization of the issues, time to time communication.Travel to unanticipated client locations as needed. Telecommuting permitted.40 hours/week.
