Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Supervisor to join our Outdoor Performance Global Commercial team. As the Sales Operations Lead, your responsibilities include overseeing and implementing best-in-class sales tools, ensuring seasonal go-to-market readiness, and facilitating timely communication of selling opportunities and materials. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales Planning and Operations, you'll play a vital role in equipping our sales team with the necessary information and tools to effectively promote our products and streamline order placement. Additionally, you will lead and develop a team of direct reports, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.This position reports to the Sr. Director of Sales Development and Operations and is based in Bozeman, Montana or Logan, Utah.As the Sales Enablement Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to:

Identify and address gaps in sales tool and go-to-market process capabilities.

Lead high impact projects with extensive collaboration across departments.

Lead the selection and implementation of best-in-class sales tools (including B2B platforms and CRMs solutions) across a portfolio of brands.

Establish a seasonal go-to-market cadence, calendar, and checklist across brands.

Lead a team responsible for providing the sales team with information and tools to effectively sell the company’s products.

Maintain the consistency and accuracy of various sales tools to enable alignment across the sales force.

Ensure our reps and dealers have seamless access to available products through B2B platforms or other sales tools.

Manage and communicate special offers and campaigns, providing the most efficient tools and processes for selling and ordering.

Partner with marketing on seasonal collateral creation for retailers including seasonal setup in B2B platforms.

You have:

Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years relevant experience.

Minimum 2+ experience in Sales Operations, Dealer Support, or similar functions.

Experience generating new and innovative approaches to product and business problems.

Able to communicate and convince others to pursue a course of action, through effective and efficient communication.

Leadership capabilities to effectively manage and motivate a team

Able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it.

Exhibits a probing mind and achieves penetrating insights.

Determination and self-motivation to promote continuous improvement within the organization
