Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or related field

Ability to demonstrate and maintain a good safety record

Demonstrated progressive business acumen skills

Strong computer, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Progressive Project Management principles and fundamental skills

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple conflicting tasks and demands

Ability to effectively lead diverse teams and manage conflicting schedules and priorities

Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with direct reports and other department leadership

Valid Drivers License and satisfactory driving record

Ability to spend time in office and field environment with exposure to all field hazards and weather

Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights and weekends

Ability to pass an employment physical, a drug test and a background check

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Adhere to company safety standards and the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics

Ensure all actions are consistent with NorthWestern Energy's values, mission, and strategic business objectives

Lead special projects as required utilizing effective change and project management techniques

Demonstrate leadership consistent with NorthWestern Energy's code, values, policies, processes and controls

Provide leadership and responsibility of the PMO assigned portfolio of electric transmission infrastructure and interconnection projects and initiatives to support NorthWestern Energy's vision and objectives

Compile and write technical reports, presentations and other initiative materials

Develop and manage detail and complex project schedules, budgets and scopes

Coordinate and collaborate with multiple internal departments to accomplish objectives

Full-time position.$99,300 - $162,600 annually, depending on experience.
