Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity in our team in Blue Springs as a bank teller. This role is integral to our banking operations and will involve utilizing various software systems and banking processes. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of banking operations, cash activity and compliance procedures. Responsibilities: Utilizing accounting software systems to maintain accurate records Leveraging Microsoft Excel skills for data management and analysis Managing banking operations, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction Monitoring and managing cash activity, ensuring accuracy and compliance Processing checks and other banking transactions Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines within the commercial banking industry Assisting with CRM to maintain customer relationships and manage customer data Resolving customer inquiries related to credit applications and accounts Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking necessary actions for delinquent payments Maintaining accurate customer credit records.Requirements Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems Proficient in Microsoft Excel Understanding of Banking Operation Experience in handling Cash Activity Familiarity with Check Processing Knowledge of Commercial Banking Understanding of Compliance protocols in a banking environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize work Detail-oriented and organized High level of accuracy in all tasks Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Understanding of banking regulations and laws Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
