This position will only be allowed to work when a Registered Radiologic Technologist is on duty and present in the same facility.Selects and operates equipment, including film cassettes and markers, while selecting proper technical factors on an individual patient basis.Assists physicians in performance of examinations by mixing and pouring contrast media, administering opaque medium holding and turning patients, assisting in sterile procedures, and other related duties as required.Supervises and evaluates student radiographers in the clinical settingQualificationsEnrollment with active participation in an AMA accredited Radiologic Technology program, requiredCurrent Montana State Limited Radiologic Permit to perform radiologic examinations, requiredCurrent BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association or the ability to obtain within three (3) months of hire (with prior approval), requiredPhysical Requirements:Carrying, Climbing, Crawling, Hearing/Listening, Lifting, Manual Dexterity, Pulling/Pushing, Seeing, Speaking, Squatting/Kneeling, Standing, WalkingAnticipated job posting close date:08/27/2024Location:Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional HospitalWork City:BillingsWork State:MontanaScheduled Weekly Hours:The hourly range for this position is listed below.
