Position Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Account Administrator, you will be responsible for general administrative and operational tasks of Stockman Wealth Management. This will primarily consist of clerical functions, client service, correspondence mailing and account management. The main responsibility for this role is the general administrative and operational support for the Stockman Wealth Management team. These include but are not limited to typing, Excel spreadsheets creation/management, scanning, and filing. This role will also require a thorough knowledge of customer relationship management. You will function in a customer service role providing first class service to current and prospective clients. To accomplish this you will be working closely with Portfolio Managers and Management.Education, Experience and Certification RequirementsNote: Only minimum responsibilities are listed. Other responsibilities may be required as requested by management. Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED.

1 or 2 years related experience and/or training.

Must be fluent in using MS Word and MS Excel.

Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

College Degree.

Knowledge of investment industry and/or experience helpful but not required.
