Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Mid-Level Industrial Security Representative to join our Enterprise Program Security Office/EPSO in Berkeley, Missouri !Position Responsibilities:
Assists with training newly assigned personnel to the EPSO
Ensures all SAP actions/requirements are met and accomplished in accordance with the government and company policies and procedures for your assigned personnel
Ensures PSQs and nomination requests are being tracked, processed and returned in a timely manner; to increase program productively for program access.
Submits Personnel Clearance (PCL), Periodic Re-Investigation (PRs)/Initials, and PCL Upgrades for SAP individuals.
Assists SAP personnel with mitigating, documenting, and reporting of derogatory information
Ensures any unreported/reported adverse information is documented, processed stored and reported to the CPSO via an eCEP form in a timely matter
Participates on any enterprise Integrated Product Team (IPT)/Process Action Teams (PATs)
Ensures all internal /external databases are aligned for SAP personnel reporting requirements. (EPSS, DISS & JADE)
Ensures all administrative inquiries are inputted into DISS/JADE to align external databases for accuracy and program submission
Uploads completed PSQs along with any supplemental forms into JADE
Ensures JADE/DISS profiles for cleared/SAP briefed personnel are maintained, current and up-to-date
Maintains electronic personnel security files for your assigned SAP briefed personnel. (EPSS/JADE)
Initiates the Special Access Program Nomination Process (SAPNP) for nominated individuals for a SAP
Reports change in status (e.g. Name Change, Inheritance, Marriage/Divorce/Cohabitation, etc.) to the GSESC with the applicable SEAD 3 Reporting form for reporting into DISS
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of industrial security experience
3+ year of experience working within Special Access Programs
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP, and/or SCI
3+ years of experience working with the National Industrial Security Procedures and Operations Manual (NISPOM)
Typical Education / Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
