Job Title: Mold TechnicianJob DescriptionA blow molding mechanic is responsible for the setup, safety, and basic maintenance of molds, machines, and production equipment as necessary. This position involves monitoring the molding process from start to finish, making corrections when necessary, and preparing for equipment job changes with the ability to plan and be prepared prior to the changeover. The role also includes diagnosing and analyzing problems, replacing or repairing broken or worn parts on equipment, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, submitting containers to the Quality department for First Article Inspection, and performing any other duties assigned or needed.Responsibilities
Set up, ensure safety, and perform basic maintenance of molds, machines, and production equipment.
Monitor the molding process from start to finish and make necessary corrections.
Prepare for equipment job changes with the ability to plan and be prepared prior to the changeover.
Diagnose and analyze problems, replace or repair broken or worn parts on equipment.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Submit containers to the Quality department for First Article Inspection.
Perform any other duties assigned or needed.

Training is provided on the first shift.
