Primary Focus for forklift operators:Unload product and ensure all quantity and quality requirements are met, all paperwork matches, and all receiving requirements are met according to the receiving record.Duties and Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:Check and record receiving documents.
Observe the cleanliness of the truck.
Replace any defecting bar codes or labels.
Notify the supervisor of any damages, shortages, or discrepancies.
Properly slot product according to the Put Away function on the RF scan gun.
Knows and demonstrates 6S principles.
Back up Responsibilities:Puller/Stager
Work Environment/Physical Demands:Lifting, stacking and working in a cold environment.Requirements:Ability to operate a pallet jack and a forklift.Ability to lift and stack/load product onto pallets2 + years of forklift experience required.
