Job Profile: Software Developer Associate Job Description: APEX is seeking a Software Developer Associate who will research, design, develop, and/or modify enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software. Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards. Evaluates interfaces between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system. Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections. Job Description: Software Developer Associate will be responsible for the following: Development of applications from inception to completion in order to automate and improve processes Development of workflows and scripts to personalize existing applications Working closely with customers to research, design, develop and deliver innovative solutions to improve their business processes Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, systems integration, and multiple platforms Most development will be in ServiceNow, however Java, .NET, and ColdFusion with web service and database interfaces are also supported. Located at Stennis Space Center, Mississippi, the NASA Share Service Center's (NSSC) mission is to provide timely, accurate, high quality, cost-effective, and customer focused support for selected NASA business and technical services.
