Supply Chain Solutions Manager is responsible for regional warehouse efficiency improvements, continuity, continuous improvement projects and warehouse layout/design. This includes documentation and performance measurement of the warehouse processes, new product introduction, capital expenditures, cost savings measures and fixture design. Supply Chain Solutions Manager also participates in the resolution of issues and improvements to IT infrastructure and production systems. Projects owned by this position will be key components in the realization of the SI Log organization.We are looking for a Supply Chain Solutions Manager. This position will be based at our Southaven, MS Distribution Center.Role Responsibilities
Design and Drafting: Utilize AutoCAD software to create 2D and 3D technical drawings, including plans, layouts, elevations, schematics, and wiring diagrams, for building automation systems and energy management projects.
Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives, specifications, and requirements, ensuring that drawings align with project goals.
Standards and Compliance: Ensure that all drawings adhere to Siemens Smart Infrastructure standards, industry codes, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest level of quality and compliance.
Define and lead projects such as warehouse design and set up, warehouse transitions, start-ups, etc.
Design Modifications: Review and modify existing drawings as needed, incorporating changes and updates based on project requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
Develop a detailed project plan, defining the scope of the project, understanding project risks and assigning team members to specific tasks
Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
Coordination and Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams, including project managers, engineers, contractors, and customers, to exchange information, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project execution.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks on drawings to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications and standards.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest AutoCAD software features, Siemens product offerings, and industry best practices to enhance drawing efficiency, productivity, and overall project outcomes.
Identification and management of improvement projects that may require capital expenditures, contractors, cost savings calculations, CAD design and physical installation work.
Leading and executing projects identified by the SI Log organization.
Work with digitalization team to implement tools such as Digital Work Instructions, Operator Displays, Performance/Status Dashboards, and other connected worker support tools.
Facility and maintenance improvements related to production areas.
Support the evaluation and management of software applications and functionality available across manufacturing systems.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field is typically required.
8–10 years of warehouse experience
5-7 years of Project management experience
APICS Certifications (CPIM, CSCP)
Project Management Certifications (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S)
Proficiency in AutoCAD software, with experience in creating 2D and 3D technical drawings.
Strong understanding of building automation systems and solutions.
Experience working with 3PLs, RFP, & RFQ to support warehousing needs.
Familiarity with industry standards and codes relevant to building automation.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex design challenges and propose effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and interact with clients or stakeholders.
Attention to detail and accuracy in creating and reviewing technical drawings.
Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
Experience with SAP or similar MRP system
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Master ‘s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field
Six Sigma black belt
8-10 years of Project management experience

The pay range for this position is $99,000 - $169,700 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
