You will report to the Quality ManagerYour Responsibilities
Prepare all quality reports and analyze them to identify negative and positive quality trends.
Oversee the quality auditing process and establish Process Metrics and KPIs.
Examine records such as manifests, invoices, BOLs (Bills of Lading) and resolve process inefficiencies.
Investigate issues concerning overdue, damaged, or shortages in shipments and provide updates to customers on a timely basis.
Monitor daily labor, work schedules, and attendance of employees.
Participate in quality meetings and meeting minutes.
Maintain Quality Management System.
Your Skills and Experiences
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and/or Continuous Improvement strategies.
High school diploma or equivalent .
4+ years of experience in a full-time quality role.
Prior work experience in a Healthcare/Pharma Cold Chain Warehouse environment required.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Quality Management Systems (FDA, WHO, GMP/GDP, ISO13485) required.
