OverviewThe Jr. Fuel Biller performs a variety of clerical tasks related to billing of fuel deliveries to customer accounts, invoices, etc. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday – 40 plus hour work week, occasional overtime required. Responsibilities
Review supplier invoices and bill of ladings provided by freight carriers to ensure accurate information.
for input into the billing system.
Maintain proper back up files for reference.
Monitor dealer accounts to ensure that billing remains up to date.
Reconcile inventory fuel tanks for consignment dealers.
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data in all aspects of fuel billing.
Work with various GPM-Empire departments to ensure proper billing, i.e., Accounts Payable, Customer
Service, and Fuel Supply teams.
Multi-task and work under time constraints
Perform other related duties as required by your supervisor.
The ability to work independently is essential.
Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Ability to type 45+ wpm
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in a related job and working in an office environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage time with minimal supervision
